We book air, accommodation, and experiences with vendor confirmations stored in one document you carry, a pre-departure briefing covering check-in contacts, and an after-hours number for genuine emergencies during travel.
Group and corporate retreat clients receive rooming lists, billing separation, and dietary and accessibility notes forwarded to every vendor in the itinerary — not handed off as a note for the traveller to restate at check-in. We track which operators and properties have delivered on their promises and which have not, and that history influences every recommendation we make.
