What we take on

Custom trips, group travel, and concierge booking by advisors who have been there.

Our Services

Services on the floor

01

Leisure planning

Custom itineraries built around your interests, pace, and budget with backup options for common disruptions like weather delays and visa complications. We present itineraries with a per-day cost breakdown so you know what is and is not included before you confirm. Nothing is booked and charged without your written approval of the final plan.

02

Group & corporate travel

Room blocks, rooming lists, manifests, and single-point billing for corporate retreats, family reunions, and incentive groups. We build a contingency into every group itinerary so a delayed participant or last-minute dietary restriction does not unravel the programme. Post-trip billing reconciliation is issued within five business days with supporting documentation.

03

Cruise & packaged tours

Vetted operator selection with inclusions — excursions, gratuities, specialty dining — spelled out before deposit so the total cost is clear, not a marketing figure obscured by fine print. We compare similar itineraries across operators when relevant to your dates and budget. Shore excursion bookings are coordinated to avoid conflicts with ship departure times.

04

Travel support

Rebooking assistance, hotel relocation, and vendor advocacy when disruptions occur during your trip. We maintain a real-time relationship with the suppliers in your itinerary so we can intervene on your behalf rather than advising you to call an airline queue. Documentation of disruption is provided for travel insurance claims.

How We Work

Our Proven Process

A written sequence from first brief to handoff — the same rail on every job.

  1. 1

    Consultation

Dates, budget, interests, and travel history — no template proposal until we understand what matters to you.

  2. 2

    Proposal & book

Itemised quote with inclusions and exclusions explicit; nothing charged until you approve in writing.

  3. 3

    Travel & return

Pre-departure briefing, in-trip support contact, and post-trip feedback that informs your next booking.

Questions

Before the work starts

What planning fees do you charge?
Planning fees are disclosed upfront and vary by trip complexity and group size. Many hotel, cruise, and packaged tour bookings earn vendor commission, which offsets or eliminates client-facing fees. We explain the compensation structure for your specific trip before you commit.
Should I buy travel insurance?
We strongly recommend it and present options appropriate to your trip cost and health situation. We explain what each policy covers and excludes — especially for pre-existing conditions and cancel-for-any-reason provisions — because the difference matters if you need to use it. Purchase is always your decision.
Can you arrange last-minute trips?
Yes, though availability narrows significantly inside 30 days for peak season destinations. Rush fees for last-minute planning are disclosed before we begin and are not applied retroactively. We confirm whether your target destination and dates are viable before charging for the planning time.
What if something goes wrong while we are travelling?
Clients travelling on our plans have an after-hours emergency line for genuine travel crises — lost documents, medical situations, and complete itinerary breakdowns. Non-emergency questions are answered on the next business day. We track what goes wrong and use that information to improve vendor selection and contingency planning.
